Hello, wonderful parents!
Just an update about next week, we are done with our SATs and will be returning to our normal schedule, except for the fact that we will have our Resurrection party Thursday afternoon & will have Good Friday & Easter Monday off. Everybody is welcome to attend the party.
Just a reminder, ALL homework as well as the whie binder must be signed; and the page numbers that your child reads every night they have reading homework must be written down.
Blessings,
Katie Klinke & Linda George

Weekly update, 03-09-12
Hello everyone,
We hope this message finds everyone well. We want to remind you of a few things that will take place after spring break. We will be starting SAT testing the week after spring break. So, be sure that your precious child gets a good night's rest each night that week, as well as the following week, and eats a healthy breakfast each morning.
There is required information on each SAT test booklet that must be filled in for each student. Would a few of you wonderful parents be sooooo kind as to volunteer to fill that information out for us here at the school on Monday? It would be GREATLY appreciated!
We hope all of you and your children have a blessed spring break, and we will see your sweet children on the 19th!
Blessings,
Katie Klinke & Linda George

Weekly update 03-02-12
Hello Everybody!
Can you believe Spring Break is just around the corner? Time certainly does fly!
We do want to give you some friendly reminders; first, your sweet children will be going on a field trip to the bowling alley for PE on Wednesday the 7th. If you want your child to go on the field trip and you have not yet paid the $6 for it, please send the money with your child soon!
As for homework, parent signatures are required on ALL homework sheets, including math sheets. Also for the reading homework, your children already know to have you do this, but please write down the exact page numbers he or she reads whenever we have reading homework. We are so excited that your children are so eager to read, but if they happen to read a large nuumber of pages in one night ( such as 20 or more) please include a brief not that you actually sat with them and listened to them read with you. The purpose of these reading assignments if for the students to develop reading accuracey and fluency, and your sitting with them and watching them read will hopefully help achieve this goal.
Blessings,
Linda George & Katie Klinke
